Creative Art Expressions is about communicating and understanding your unique and authentic self.  Art is a form of communication.  There is no right or wrong.  There is only expression.  You do NOT have to be an artist to create an art expression.  All you need is an open mind and the willingness to participate in the process. Creative Art Expressions is not about the quality of the piece you create.  It is about the insight you gain about your unique self during this creative journey.
